- Together with the client we specify the characteristics of the accommodation and
were it should be situated. We search for and select
accommodations which are in accordance with these demands and visit them together with the client.
- When the client has decided for the accommodation he wants to buy or rent we participate and give advice in the process of signing the lease.
- We take care of the starting up of electricity, gas, water and telephone as well as internet connection if required.
Administrative documents
- Application for NIE number and "Tarjeta de Residente Comunitario".
- Exchange or adaptation of a European driving license
to a Spanish driving license.
- Car registration.
- Application for public health insurance.
Moving, cleaning, redecorating
- Help on the moving in day with supervision, parking
permission etc.
- When redecoration and/or cleaning your home we arrange
for quotations, hand over the keys and control the quality
of the work etc.
Insurances
- Private health insurances and other insurances (car, home, etc.).
Sight-seeing
- Sightseeing in Barcelona City.
- Introduction in your neighbourhood.
Schools
- Selection and visit of schools / day nurseries.
- Selection of language schools.
Start up of services
- Opening a bank account.
- Arrange for electricity, gas, water and telephone
utilities.

Legal advice
- Negotiation and translation of the lease and real estate assistance.
Starting a company
- Help in starting a company:
search for company residence, help with administrative
documents and representation in contacts with authorities,
contacting companies for web pages etc.
